Dreamweaver cs5 has a pagebreak-before and after in Div Tag extension Category, I cant get it to work?

thats the only thing i cant comprehend in Div Tags , any1 explaining it well will get a full 5 star instantly and heartiest thanks , ideally if u can throw in an example will be best.
