Honestly, do you expect non-Muslims to abide by Islam's laws?

I mean all of shari'ah, by the way. Do you expect non-Muslims to pray the prayers, say the shahadah, abstain from pork, not criticise the Qur'an or Muhammad, pay the jizyah and zakat, and follow the rest of Islam's rules? If so, then are there any exceptions?
