Is everybody going to party-hearty during The Summer Of Recovery II (or is it III?)?

Now that everything is trending upwards, I'm thinking about shutting down my business for the summer and getting on welfare before I make enough to take a soaking on taxes. Does this sound like a solid plan to you?
