Is everyone intimidated by other races of people to a degree?

I think it's safe to say there is some if not alot of truth to this. As a Gringo I'm somewhat, okay, pretty hesitant to say anything to people of other ethnicities unless they seem to be all happy and speaking to random people all the time! But still. I especially think colored women are pretty intolerant, non-responsive to the anglo people.
