How do I achieve Cat Valentine hair, clothes, makeup?

she wears dark liquid eye liner on her top lid and she has a very unique style, it's very colorful but in that cute color sort-of-way, like she wears lots of different shades of black/gray/white and a lot of neutral mixes. she also has AWESOME SHOES she always has very high shoes because she's so short. they're often flowery and platform. hope this helps!
