I don't think she likes you. If she did, she would've said she'd liked you back by now. I think she's just playing with you, girls generally like it when guys are interested in them, so she's trying to keep you interested. I might be reading it entirely wrong though, ask her out if you want to. Nothing to lose and if she says no, it's not the end of the world. Just go out and be yourself. A girl will love you for that one day
