its very good to maintain your diet but maintain the timings too try to finish up your breakfast before 8 better take some boiled potatoes twice a week along with milk and boiled eggs and coming to lunch better take chapatis or rice between 12 to 12:15 .make sure that your dinner should be light and easy to digest u can take salads and anything but it should be before 7.30 to 8.00pm and exactly at 9.00 or 9.15 take a glass of milk and note drink atleast 5 litres of water daily
