Is she playing hard to get or just being a tease?

I have been talking with a girl that i have known for about a month and a half now. It took us about 2-3 weeks after meeting each other the first time to set up a date, since we were busy both of the coming weeks. We had been texting about 2-3 days each week. When the date came around, we had a great time and she seemed like she really wanted to see more of me, since she invited me to her dance recital and to her house to try some of her cooking and to see a movie, but the week after, she was not as responsive to my texts and after texting her twice and calling her once and not getting an answer in the course of 2 weeks, i decided to not look for her again. About a week later, i sent out a mass texting saying i was sorry for any missed calls or texts, as my phone was malfunctioning and she replied saying that she was glad my phone was fixed. We ended up talking and catching up, and when i had to leave, she said she wanted to hear from me the next day so we could possibly hang out. I texted her around 7 the next day and stated that today would not work and saturday was better, which she accepted. I told her to choose a place, but when saturday rolled around, she never mentioned where she wanted to go, so i assumed she was not interested in going out anymore, even though we texted the whole day. On sunday and today, she replied to my last text and sent me a hello, respectively, in the mornings, but took about several hours to reply to me. Anyone have any ideas?
