My 2 Cats have been sneezing and have runny noses, if they have a cold, will it go away?

I hate to break it to you but my advice is............Take it to the Vet......Sorry - reason is if the cats/kittens have a cold/flu it could be dangerous - flu in kittens leads to all sorts of problems such as loss of an eye, leg - seriously. the only remedy if they have a cold is for them to be put on medication.
