Some tasty and healthy meal recipes?
I need to lose weight. For the last several months I've been dedicated to working out, but now need to get more serious about the food I'm eating as well. I know plenty of healthy snacks, but not meals. I'm trying to find some recipes that are low-calorie or perhaps even classic meals just done a little more healthy. Some of my favorite things are chicken, beef, pasta, cheeses, sauces, rice, potatoes, italian/mexican type food... I like fast food a lot, but I'm trying not to eat it anymore. I don't eat seafood. I don't like vegetables, but know I must eat them, so I'm hoping to find some good hearty type meals that aren't 80% vegetables as I've been finding when looking for healthy meals. My fiancee is a chef, so level of cooking ability doesn't matter.
