Uncooked quick oats healthy?

Recently, I have not had time to cook myself a hearty breakfast because of my business schedule. The only things that I have been eating is raw oats (Quaker quick 1 minute), mixed nuts, salba, and soymilk... Do these ingredients make a healthy breakfast? I have never had raw oats before.
