What the heck is going on this guy?

im in the same exact situation except mine is a little more complicated. Anyways the guy that i like too would be like sorry babe or baby and he would give me mixed signals too. And he would say that he didn't like me but we have done some major flirting. i would just give him time that all you can do at this point. i know that it would be really hard. and that you cant make him reply you just need to give him a little time to think. Maybe he is nervous and has to think things over. im sure he will reply but don't worry yourself too much. he will most likely reply
